About Us
Galaxy Supported Living Ltd trading as P&R Care provides domiciliary care and supported living services for people living in the community, who are in need of care and support to enable you to meet your activities of daily living. Ensuring people are able to continue to live as independently as possible and to be able to participate in life in your local community as far as reasonably practicable.
P&R Care provides holistic supported living services, domiciliary care support, home care services, and personal assistant support, 24 hours a day over 7 days a week, for vulnerable adults based in Surrey, Hampshire and surrounding areas.
